Sorry to hear about the cancer. Glad you're doing well though! Great #'s in Ohio after all that! I'm betting on you far the 600 over 50 club! Hope you will be in Baton Rouge in May! Man, you were so inspirational to us in Finland! For any who don't know, Dan tore his hamstring on his opening squat on full power day. He came back in on bench only day on crutches and in great pain and went ahead and benched to get point for the team. He not only got points but took the Gold and Master's best lifter 'bench press', pushing a little under 600 driving off of one leg! The point he earned were huge in pushing us over Russia for the 1st place team trophy! I think Dan's wounded warrior mentality and refusal to quit made us all lift better that day! I've probably told that story 100 times since we got back from Finland! I'll never forget it...or you Dan! Hope to see you soon too!
