Paul the picture I had was from a old weider Bodybuilding course.It showed Arnold,franco,draper etc. One of the pictures is Stephan doing a bench squat.Joe says he remembers a photograper taking Stephans Picture at the gym where he was doing a bench squats ,this where he got the idea.He said he did see him do reg squats from time to time with 405 deep for reps no problem....quess those box squat worked for him.
