Has anyone tried this?
I'm four weeks out from my meet and 15 lbs. over my weight class. The weigh-in is the morning of the meet, so dehydrating is not an option. I was wondering if I went 0 carbs if I would completely lose strength for training.
Thoughts anyone? Thanks.
