Yea I am still in WV. I still train, but havnt competed since the 2001 arnold expo.My little woman Christina still competes, she likes the uspf, single ply bench meets, but also likes to lift in a apf, ipa meet with a open back multi layer once a year to see where she is at on the womens top 20. It is a shame that the sport is so splinterd that lifters from one fed to the next dont even acknowlage each others lifts anymore, and even though the internet is fun and entertaining, it is sick how some of these morons get on here and knock top lifters like Rychlak, Mendelson, and Becca Swanson. Then when they meet them in person they want their picture taken with them!
