Thank you for the kind words Aaron. My point exactly, if the situation is not productive, then it's counter-productive. There are so many ways to train...training alone is not optimal most lifters say...but many have to...like Nico Felciano, I read his story on EFS...I believe he benches 700 & trains alone. You find the moves you can do safely & hit them hard, you acquire equipment that allows you to train better alone...down the road there is always a new training partner, sooner or later.
