I think what Billy is referring to is that you now have a lot of very genetically gifted athletes in the NFL. The league is made up of a very small percentage of athletes from college ball. College ball is a very smaller percentage of the large number of HS athletes who play football.

If those guys from the NFL got into powerlifting with the proper training and coaching, they'd be dangerous.
