Vince, I am doing well, and I hope you are also. I have kept up with you through the articles I have seen and read, and I am glad you are working in the fitness field. Your experience and knowledge are invaluable. You have been there, and done that, and many people today need your input as it is hard to find, in this field that seems to follow the latest craze, as if what worked years ago will not work anymore.
