OK big fan my question The legal steroids you see in muscle mag do they work the site is IDS labs I think I been working out 4 to 5 years bench gone from 135 to 405 and 3 years on the squat from 185 to 505 but its come to a stand still pretty much so do you know of any legal gear i can get I am Taken Promino plus creatine and l glutimine works ok but I want like 20lbs in a month type thing so any suggestion would be awesome Thanks THC.
