That is indeed a post from Elma, Dr. Bell. I was in touch with her today about it. Anyone who has carefully analyzed Gus' writing would know that Gus didn't write that post. The writing in the post is extremely well-organized, each paragraph is carefully focused, it has a most impressive level of lexical variety and sophistication, and it is grammatically perfect. Bless Gus' heart, but that's not how he writes (though he does write very good meet reports). That was indeed written by Elma.

On another note, good luck in your weightlifting endeavors. I would have given my eye teeth at one time to have had the opportunity to learn how to do the Olympic lifts correctly. What a very exciting opportunity to compete internationally in the sport! Again, good luck and enjoy the competition.
