900 pound squat, 628 bench, and a 650 pull. He was one bad dude, a party animal, and one hell of a good man. He used to put on some good meets in the 90's, after every meet we would go all out to try and out drink each other, I lost every time, but I always gave 100 %. It was nothing for us to drink almost 4 case's of beer in one night. He was one of the first men to bench 600. I grew up in WV. in awe of the man, after seeing him on the wide world of sports, when I was a kid. It was a honor for me to become friends with him years later. He really helped me out when I competed, and would always give me advice, and motivation before my big meets. He died of a heart attack in 2003, damn I miss him a lot. He was small boned, but was as massive as he was tall, he wore a size 6, 6-e in shoes. In his prime he was 5 ft. 8, and about 320. He was the only man that I ever met that I was afraid of, the man was AWESOME !!!!!!!!!
