... the IWF used one method for determining the number of slots and USAW used a vastly different method for assigning those slots. The IWF method is quite sensible: the higher you place at Worlds, the more likely you are to earn slots. Casey finished highest at Worlds and was the most likely to finish the highest at the Games.
