Just received the 2nd edition of Olympic Weightlifting: A Complete Guide for Athletes & Coaches by Greg Everett
I also have the 1st edition.

People are often looking for the best resources on OL, I would personally recommend this book and encourage all to buy it. A very practical tome on learning about OL. Don't take my word for it, look at who endorses and their comments on the above link.
