It was nice seeing you at the Arnold Classic Mr. McCauley. I quess I was one of the first people to have bought one on the Friday session. Sure am happy that you autographed this book. Did you know that Shemansky's book is selling for almost $300 dollars on Amazon.com ? Your book is a fantastic read with alot of things I am incorporating in our workouts. All coaches, athletes, fans, and irongame enthusiasts should buy this treasure.
