I own two B&R bars made by York with coach Burgener & Rippetoe's backing. I use these bars for mainly the heavy power lifts such as squatting, deads, push press, heavy bent rows... This bar has to be one of the finest Bench Press bars in the business and I have used plenty. Its an old school feel and look but definetly holds up well with everyday heavy usage. Just my take on the B&R Bar. May buy another since it is so rediculously priced. Very affordable for the crossover lifting,
P/L - O/L & general sports training bar. Its a classic.
