Tim,

I Agree with you on strp use. One question though is what exercises do you use them? I have not developed to my potential because when I use strps my wrists always hurt...because with straps I can do higher weight.....only able to use strps maybe once every 3 to 4 months that is how much it hurts my wrists......any suggestions on how to utilize the straps so wrists do not hurt.......

This probably proves your point though that one can use higher weights with straps and not effect grip strength...

I am definately not opposed to strap use in any way..however most of my lifters do not use...hope I can transition some of my bigger lifters into strp use.
