And the numbers bare this out. At one time last year, FIT Barbell, the Doherty Brothers' Team, was the 8th largest club in the Country. They brought 13 Lifters to the NAtional Schoolage Championships in Detroit and won 2 Firsts, 4 Seconds and 3 Thirds.

PLUS they WON the OVERALL TEAM TITLE! They WON the 14 - 15 Year Old TEAM TITLE. And they took 3rd in the 16 - 17 Team Title (1 point from 2nd, 3 Points from 1st).

Add to that, they put 2 lifters on the Sub 17 Pan Am Team and another on the Sub 15 Pan Am Team!

THAT IS DEVELOPMENTAL COACHING! They started something that wasn't there a few years ago and DEVELOPED an National Program.
