You're asking the usaw search team(whoever they are) to choose the most educated, most business savvy, most communications savvy, most marketing savvy, most legal savvy, most energetic person that has applied for the job!?!?!?!?! You're seriously asking them to choose a person who has, along with the great crew in Columbus, exposed olympic weightlifting to more people(other than family members of the lifters) in 3 days that the "know about weightlifting" guys have in twenty years!?!?!?!?

Sorry guys. But that kind of thinking is a little too "Inside the Box", if ya' know what I mean.
