According to David Webster;
Reeves routine,
Monday- Squat, running and throwing
Wednesday- Bench press, running and throwing
Friday- Deadlift, running and throwing
Sunday- Shoulders, biceps and triceps
Olympic-styled Squats, Legpresses or Step-ups, Sprints and shuttle runs and practice weight for heigh w/ 15 kg plate
Bench and narrow-gripped bench, running and throwing again
Deads, Bent over rows or High-pulls, running and throwing again
Military press, standing dumbbell presses (90 kg per hand, no legs), front and side laterals, bicep hammer curls and tricep dips
Switch to PL squat if he was entering PL followed by Olympic-styled
He'dcycle down to 3's and 2's in Deads and Military followed by 10's because there may been that in SM comp
Otherwise 10's and 8's, sometimes 5's
