If you are a wider stance lifter, I would go with the Metal Ace Pro Squatter. The Metal Pro would be a lot easier to learn but I still would go with the Ace if you have any gear experience at all. If you don't have a lot of experience, use a lighter brief. If you have experience, you can use like a Metal Viking brief or even a Metal Ace brief if you dare to go with the Ace on Ace. Good luck!
