Kyle, just my opinion but I'd just stick with the regular whey- it's alot easier on the wallet and it is a basic protein source-I did the whole cell tech/nitro tech thing several years ago and they contain alot of calories. One thng with whey--- check the amount of cholesterol in each brand-that can vary quite a bit so you don't want to load up on that.
