Well I'm just gonna be going with a 3-day a week program for now, based on what you guys have told me and what I've found elsewhere.
Monday: Heavy Deadlifts, light pulls
Wednesday: Bench press, triceps
Friday: Light squats, heavy pulls
How does that sound?
