opinion on my numbers

im 6"1 168lbs and ive been powerlifting for about a 2 years but only in the past 3 months have been takin it seriously i can bench 240 squat 375x2 and deadlift 295x3 my bench has always been a weak point and i kno my deads are weak too but thats only becuz i started doing them very recently i was just wondering if these numbers were good for my weight and if anyone has any pointers on how i can improve my bench, right now i do a 10,8,6,4,2 pyramid and 3sets of 20 half reps for my chest
