First thing, half reps are only useful if you use gear, go full range of motion on everything if you are lifting raw.
second thing, way to many reps. You need to look at your volume. Volume is the name of the game with power lifting. Look at it this way. If I can do 3 sets of 10 @ 300lbs it works out this way.
3x10x300=9000 total pounds lifted
now lets say I can do 350 for a triple. now do ten sets not reps
10x3x350=10500 which is 1050 lbs more volume.
Try this instead of your pyramid, figure out what you can triple, with a little effort, by set ten your tank will be empty. If I was you I would go with about 175 for sets this week to see how it goes. do this with your squat and deadlift too. You will see some gains in the first couple of weeks. I would also read the articles on westside-barbell.com.
