sets of 15 on squat? Way to many reps. try sets 5 to 8 on your bench and squat, this is an optimal repetition range for strength. And no more then sets of 5 on deads. Don't get to hung up on numbers, your last rep should be hard or ompossible to get. If you can't get 5(on squat and bench)then it is to heavy, but if you can get 8 it is too light.
