Triceps, hammer them hard. Don't neglect your lower body, you well get a huge boost from doing some lower body exercises. Hook up with some people who are competitors in your area. Have them critique your form and tweak it accordingly. Hand placement, foot placement, and bar placement can bring your bench up quickly, especialy if you are out of alingment.
