Do skull crushers for 5 x 5 and I think it will be just as effective for you. I have been doing them for a few months now (they were entirely new to my routine) and they really seem to have increased the size of my arms. One more thing. I recommend you do the skull crushers with a curling bar. And if you can, lower the end of the bench where your head is so that your knees are higher than your head when you do the movement. I even take it one step further and put two 45lb plates under the foot end of the bench to raise that end of the bench. The more of a decline you can do, the better. Good Luck.
