The main thing is your set up. Lay down on the bench with your head hanging at least a foot over the end, then tuck your feet as far under your body as you think is possible, while keeping them planted grab the bar with a reverse grip and pull your upper body back down the bench to the proper position in relation to the bar. DO NOT let your feet move. If you end up on your toes thats OK just try to act like you are trying to touch with flat feet even though you wont be able to. You should now look like you are doing a back bend on the bench(you should have a big arch with butt still touching and your feet are way back under your lats) Then act like you are going to pinch your entire back and shoulders onto the bench this forces the elbows in and more of you is being supported by the bench. Your belly will be very high in this position and you will be in a natural position to bring the bar low and touch your raised belly. Good luck and post another video
