Look up Prilepin's table and work within those percentages for your core lifts. Accessory work should be designed around your weaknesses. For bench, hit shoulders, tris, lats. For squat, hit glutes/hams, lower back and to a lesser extent quads. Deadlift, hit traps, grip, do rows and pull from different boxes, off different height pins, do some GMs and pull against bands if you have them. That's a REALLY quick response. By the way, I'm 35 and just started competing. Good luck.
